These little critters (to use a Bob Ross phrase) have no use or purpose except to sit on a nearby surface and provide silent support for your artistic strivings.
I think they are cute. You may or may not agree! About 3 inches from top of bucket to bottom of articulated leg.
They do actually hold water so they could function as a teeny bucket if you just need to moisten a brush when you are sketching.
