Step 1 :
For the next one which is a lovely little moorland scene, I used French Ultra marine blue and burnt sienna mixed for the top my sky drop in a little yellow ochre at the bottom and suck out a couple of clouds, all again with my ¾” washbrush.
|
Step 2 : I didn’t even wait for this to dry that much, using the same brush and again ultra marine blue and burnt sienna drop in my distant hills and a much weaker version of the same colour will also do the path.

Step 3 :
For the grasses either side I dropped in a little bit of yellow ochre fairly strong.
The path is the Charles Evans sand colour.
Nearly the whole of this painting was done with my ¾” wash brush.

Step 4 :
Now some mixes of hookers green, burnt sienna and ultra marine blue.

Step 5 :
Finally add a few ultra marine blue and burnt sienna sticks for fence posts along with a tick in the sky of ultra marine blue which represent a bird.
